The outer Shades have paint specs.

It looks like someone was painting and didn't cover the Shades.

The Shades are Reverse Painted so the painting is on the inside of the shade.

The outside should be able to be cleaned off.

The Fixtures need to be rewired.

The 4 Shades look like they match as closely as possible.

Fitter is approximately 2".
