We are pleased to offer from the David Frykman Portfolio of The English Collection figurines, a Bobbie Police Officer Directing Traffic with a whistle in his mouth. This figurine was copyrighted in 2001 by David Frykman and was being distributed in the United States by Coyne's & Company in Minneapolis, MN. The Bobbie has a nice expressive face while using hand gestures to stop or direct traffic. He is wearing a tall black cap, white shirt, black tie and trousers. This figurine is hand crafted from high quality resin material and appears hand painted. We purchased it new and have only had it displayed in our cabinets. There is a artist monogram on the 'stone' base behind his right foot. It still has the original David Frykman tag attached around the figure's neck and is also marked on the underside "The David Frykman Portfolio" twice around a ring and within the center 'The English Collection' / Distributed Exclusively By Coyne's & Company / Minneapolis, Minnesota USA /  David Frykman (signature) / copyright 2001 by David Frykman DF7812RD. A gold 'Made in China' label is also attached and four green felt pads on the underside.

Measurements: The Bobbie figurine stands approximately 9" in height to the top of his cap. He measures approximately 6" in length from hand to hand and 3-1/2" deep at the base. The figurine weighs approximately 1 lb., 3 ounces. All measurements are approximate, but close.

Condition: We carefully examine this item. NO Chips, Cracks, Breaks, Nicks, Scratches, Stains, Repairs or Restorations were noted. The figurine has only been cabinet displayed during our ownership and still appears in "Like New" condition. Please take the time to carefully examine all the photographs for more details.
