Returns: We have a 30 day fair trade return policy on all items. Returned items must be the one supplied, unused, in the same condition with no user attempted repairs. All items sent are security marked and serial numbers recorded.

An Australian GST / tax invoice is supplied with every item purchased.

Unless included and stated in the listing business telephones do not come with a power supply as most phones now support PoE (Power over Ethernet).

External power adapters included in the listing will be sent with the item however Australian power leads (kettle, cloverleaf or figure 8 type) are included if the item is being sent to an Australian address only - overseas buyers including UK and USA will have to source a local lead as the plug is different here. For all other items including internal power supplies we only send what is in the listing images.
