For sale is a Department 56 Heritage Alpine Village Series Building from the estate of a local collector. This is the early version 56171 Kamm Haus Beauty Shop or Barber building.  This looks VG, and I don't see any obvious damage, but check the pictures closely and feel free to ask further questions, in case I have missed something. This comes in its original styro packaging and sleeve, which has a some edge wear and creasing. This will ship in a sturdy shipping box for maximum protection, and the shipping weight is 4 pounds.

As of 2019, many U.S. states have begun to require that eBay sellers charge sales tax on purchases made from residents of their state. If your state requires a sales tax payment, that tax payment will show up on your invoice for final payment.
