They measure 1.8 inches (4.6 cm) long and .08 inches (0.22 cm) wide. They are cylindrical except for a small rectangle shape at one end. They were manufactured by Carbone America which is now part of Mersen.
This lot was tested to have <1 ppm Aluminum, <1 ppm Iron, <1 ppm Magnesium, 1 ppm Calcium, 1 ppm Boron, but it does have 1 ppm Silicon.
