The superb Audio Classique Armboard range now includes an Armboard for the Thorens TD150 Mk1 or Mk 2 Transcription Motor Unit / Rega 3 point mounting Tone arms.
Made from laser cut 10mm high gloss cast acrylic, this Armboard compliments the finish of both the TD150 base plate and Rega Tone Arm perfectly and as can be seen look absolutely stunning.

This Audio Classique product is far superior to the original in all respects. The Armboard matches the height and profile of the original perfectly. If you already have a tone arm fitted to your TD150 the Armboard can be quickly and easily swapped without the need to adjust the suspension. The caste acrylic construction is the ultimate base for the Rega.
The Rega Tone arm mounting has been re-engineered and provides a highly effective but simple integrated mounting arrangement allowing the Tonearm to be secured from above, no need to mess around with fiddly nuts and bolts. Alternatively the Armboard can be used whilst employing the standard Rega fixing arrangement if desired.
A rigid integrated Armboard to Sub-chassis assembly is vital. The Audio Classique Armboard is not only a straight swap for the original cheap wooden Armboard, it uses the 4 original sub-chassis mountings holes but crucially employs a discrete integrated sub-chassis mounting system secured by stainless steel cap head screws. This not only makes for a rigid firm interface between the armboard and sub-chassis, it allows the Armboard to be removed as often as you want for maintenance and cartridge changing without ANY fear of wood screws holes stripping or becoming loose.
