1.Returns accepted, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Refund will be given when item is returned in original condition and packaging.
Ebay penalizes me for opened cases and less than 5 star feedback, so I would appreciate you contacting me first in the rare event of a problem.
If an insurance claim needs to be made, I will require pictures of the item and packaging.
2.If an item ships to you with free shipping that amount will be deducted from return.
3.Many issues with fit can be solved by checking measurements. It is easiest to compare to a similar item you already own.
4.Please zoom in on pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions!I try to be thorough in descriptions,but I could miss something.If you need additional information, I am glad to try and help.
5.Textiles that are machine safe are washed and air dried.
6.My home is smoke free but not pet free. Many of my items are purchased second hand.I will note any odors.
7.My mail goes out in the mornings. I ship every business day and most Saturdays. Items purchased after mail run on Friday may not go out until Monday morning.
8.Please pay within 48 hours to avoid unpaid item cases being opened by ebay.
