1970s Amber Quilted Glass "Scales of Justice"  Pedestal in good vintage condition.  The cross arm and bowls are missing.  The glass is in great condition  - no chips, cracks, or breaks.  With a little creativity this could be used to make a tlamp, plant stand, or candle holder. It can be unscrewed.  Without the top metal portion it is hollow and could easily be used as a lamp base. Some patina and wear on metal. Please see all photos for best condition reference.

Measures 15" tall, without the top portion it is 11" tall. The base is 5" in diameter.
