San Rensho 3Rensho Katana Track Bike NEW & NEVER RIDDEN

PLEASE read the entire listing, and please don"t hesitate to ask any questions

OK, here it is. The pristine collectable bike you've been looking for...

I'm finally parting with my beloved San Rensho track bike.

It has never been ridden (sadly). Not even a single turn of the cranks.

The only parts that have use on them are the seat post and saddle, which were taken from one of my road bikes to complete this build. Everything else on it is NEW and UNUSED.

Specs:

Please don't flame me for some of the unorthodox parts on it.

I was in the process of making it more Japanese throughout, but life got in the way.

Yes, the seatpost is not Nitto, the headset is not Hatta, the saddle is not Kashimax

When I first bought this bike, I fully intended to race it, but instead borrowed a friends' beat-up Benotto (remember those?) to use. My days on the track were short-lived, and I stayed focused on the road. Thus, I never even rode this poor bike. My loss, your gain!

It does have a few TINY scratches from moving from CA to CO: on RH seatstay, and backside of RH fork blade, and tips of rear dropouts -see pics

If you are unfamiliar with the bike, you can read about them and their founder Yoshi Konno,

Classic Rendezvous and Classic Japanese Bicycles (you know how to find them) have good info on the brands legacy

I take pride in selling quality new and pre-owned stuff. I will always do my level best to describe everything exactly as it is; no smoke, mirrors, or other B.S.

I have been involved in riding, racing, fixing, selling, loving, living, and scrutinizing bicycles for more than my entire adult life, professionally and personally. That would be about 36 years. Geez, I'm old.

Thanks for looking!
