All Items are checked for damage, then security marked before dispatch to stop fraudulent returns. Unwanted items can not be returned, only items that have been damaged in transit can be returned for a credit note or replacement part. If an item has been damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of you signing for the goods (Must be signed for UNCHECKED). If a replacement part is not available we will supply a full refund.
