Postage information:

Every order we process is delivered by external couriers. We dispatch the vast majority of orders within 1 working day of receiving full payment. Depending on the courier the delivery time can vary between 1-4 days. Higher value items are usually sent out with DPD where they will contact you with a delivery time either by email or text message. 

As with all couriers it is not a guaranteed service and errors and late deliveries can occur, in the event of this please contact us via eBay and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We send all customers a dispatch email to advise them when the goods have been dispatched and when they can expect delivery. This is to help you make suitable arrangements to accept delivery and wait no longer than is necessary to receive your order.

Deliveries can take place any time on your delivery date between 08.30 - 18.00.

DPD excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and all the Islands off the coast of the UK.
