Designed around the plant's physiological properties, it utilizes a blend of several film elements to create the optimal climate inside every package. Grove Bags TerpLoc pouch line is designed around the plants unique properties to maintain weight, prevent mold, and preserve the terpene profile. Once your product is sealed inside, all unwanted gases and water vapor are actively diffused through the pouches layers creating a relative humidity level of 62% and limiting the oxidation of the product stored inside.

Oxygen & Humidity Elements

• These two TerpLoc elements work in unison to diffuse oxygen, slowing down the respiration process and allowing excess water vapor to be diffused to prevent mold growth and preserve product potency.

UV Element

• This TerpLoc element provides premium protection from harmful UV rays that continuously cause degradation, decreasing the potency of packaged herbs.

Durability & Odor Elements

• These two TerpLoc elements work in conjunction to guarantee maximum puncture resistance during packaging & transport, ensuring the potent smell of product is contained within the packaging.

Anti-Static Element

• This TerpLoc element creates a neutral charge down the packaging sidewall to prevent the active components, from being stripped off product.

SPECIFICATION

TerpLoc® zippered pouches are designed around the unique physiology of cannabis to maintain weight, prevent mould, and preserve delicate terpene profiles. Once your product is sealed inside, unwanted gasses and water vapour are actively diffused through the pouches’ layers, creating a microclimate with a relative humidity level of 58-62%, limiting oxidation and preventing damage from harmful UV rays. Zippered pouches are available in fully opaque and windowed varieties in multiple sizes.

Domestic Shipping

• We use Australia Post, Courier Please, Fastway and other courier services for sending parcels. Once your order is processed/dispatched, you will receive a tracking number(s) which you can use to track your goods.

• Please note that all free shipping deals are for items sent within Australia only. International customers, please contact us for shipping charges before purchasing, if international shipping fee is not stated. • Payment must be made within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We take great care that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged or misrepresented in anyway. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message through so we can serve you better. Please read below for an overview of our Return Policy.

• If you receive a faulty item, rest assured that we will replace the item or refund your payment, no questions asked.
• We will exchange any defective item within the warranty period, which is usually 90 days unless otherwise stated.
• The item returned must be in it's original condition and packaging. Leidinn Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

Defective Returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:

• If an item fails to work properly within the first 14 days of receipt, please email or call us. We will process a partial refund for the returned postage fee. Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacement. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received in damaged condition, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty. Please check item description for the warranty period.

Warranty on lamps/bulbs:

• Lamps/bulbs are warranted from date of purchase, not from when they are put into use.
