  • Arrived damaged

  • Wrong item sent.

  • Significantly different from descriptions or photos, or Missing parts or pieces (not as described in photos).

We accept a PARTIAL return for items if items are:

  • Ordered by mistake

        - Buyers pay sending / returning postage, 10% of return items value as a re-stock fee will also be applied to buyers.
  • Does not fit.
        - This will be at buyers fault when it comes to an auto car part. Because all items sell exactly as described, items will fit 100% if buyers match the exact part number and all plugs provided in item pictures with the original one.
        - Buyers pay sending / returning postage, 10% of return items value as a re-stock fee will also be applied to buyers.

By providing a necessary details / infos, a fast resolution for buyers will be offered to such an unfortunate situation.
