Purchase orders and conclusion of the contract

Purchase orders for antiques and collectibles (hereinafter, "Articles") offered for sale on the Site must be made by completing, in its entirety, the appropriate order form that the Salesperson makes available on its own Site. If the order form is forwarded and the price has been paid, the Salesperson will reimburse the amount already paid.
The conclusion of the sales contract on the Site occurs when the Customer receives an e-mail communication from the Salesperson of the acceptance of the order.
Upon conclusion of the contract, the Salesperson will send to Customer, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form.
Within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract, the Customer must pay the price, as expressly indicated in par. 4.

Acceptance of the General Sales Conditions

With the transmission of the order form, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Salesperson, the General Conditions of Sale.
With the transmission of the order form the Customer confirms to know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in the Site, including those relating to privacy and to the processing of personal data.

Terms of payment

Right of withdrawal and return procedures

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with the Salesperson within 10 working days of delivery of theItem, without any penalty and / or need to give any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send within 10 working days from the date of receipt of theItem, by registered letter with return receipt (at the following address: Claudio Fornasieri SRL, Via Lanino 5 bis / B, 10152 Turin), a communication in which he expressly declares that he wishes to withdraw from the sales contract and that he wishes to return the purchased items. in the following 48 hours.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must provide - at his own care and expense - for the return to Salesperson of the items purchased goods, by sending it to Salesperson within 5 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The sending must be made to the address of Salesperson as specified above for all types of goods.
In order to make the return, the Articles purchased must arrive at the address indicated above intact, properly packaged and with regular delivery notes. Consequently, they will not be accepted as a return Articles damaged and / or without the relevant delivery notes.
The transport costs related to the return are in any case borne by the Customer.
Shipments paid by the recipient will not be accepted. It is not possible to change theItem or the Articles of the order with others. Return shipments made in ways other than those indicated above, which are the only ones authorized, will not be accepted.
Once theItem returned has arrived at its destination, the Salesperson checks the legitimacy of the return and, having verified the correctness of the operations, will send to the Customer a confirmation e-mail. The sums paid will be re-credited through the system with which the payment was made. The re-credit usually takes place within 5 days.

Guarantees and indication of the prices of Articles

The essential characteristics of the Articles are presented on the Site, within a specific product sheet. The images and colors of the Articles offered for sale on the Site however, they may not correspond to the real ones, due to the Internet browser and monitor used. All dimensions shown are approximate.
Given the nature and period of implementation, the Articles placed for sale, they may show signs of wear, damage, restorations, repairs and other imperfections. In the description of the Articles, the following expressions must be understood as wear of time.
The references about the state of the Articles therefore contained in the descriptions cannot be considered exhaustive; written reports on the state of the Articles are available for a fee Customer.
Any indication of the characteristics and status of a Item is given in good faith and with due diligence. The Salesperson recommends to the Customers to always personally view each item and, with particular reference to objects of significant value, to request a special appraisal from their trusted restorer before submitting the purchase offer.
The sales prices of the products indicated on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT. They are charged to the Customer any additional costs due to taxes or duties provided for by the legislation in force in the country of destination of the goods.
The Salesperson expressly reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the Site. In any case, the rates and prices in force at the time of their formulation apply to the proposals made.
