Before you place your order please check the listing to see if it is new or used; if used it will show signs of normal use. For example: If you are purchasing a piece of glass or clear acrylic it will have some scratches from normal wear and cleaning.

RETURN POLICY:

To avoid a costly return do not order the wrong part by simply looking at a photo! 

We will request the model number and sometimes a photo of the item received.  The item must be returned in same condition, with proper packing and packaging.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  We ship to the address that you have on your eBay account.  If sending to a different address than listed on eBay, change it during checkout. 

When we print your label you will receive an email from Ebay with the TRACKING NUMBER. Please check the tracking number to monitor its progress. If there is a problem with delivery please contact us immediately.

We ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY from your order. Orders placed on a Friday, will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday.

NOTE:  We DO NOT ship on federally observed holidays.

Large items may be shipped by FedEx or UPS and they DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.  If you use a PO Box, add your street address to the order if purchasing a large item.
