Vintage Burroughs Mechanical Adding Machine Type 3 H.P. 1/15.

Very old. Obviously from photos you can tell it has aged

I plugged it in to see if it did anything, it seemed to turn on for a brief moment and then nothing happened

Some of the buttons are rusted and don't press down

I'd definitely say this would be for a prop or decor of some sort. Unless you can fix it and bring it back to life
