Extremely Rare! I believe this oil on board is one of a kind in my opinion. Very colorful and captivating artwork.

Harrington Mann (Scottish - American) - (1864 - 1937). Harrington Mann was known primarily as a Portrait Painter. 

He has done art works for the Royal Family in London in the past. The period frame measures 13 1/2" x 19 1/2".

The oil on board measures 12 1/4" x 16". Fresh out of an estate of an elderly Polish Couple that recently passed away.

It is possible this painting was brought with them from Europe when they immigrated to the U.S.

No doubt a beautiful piece of artwork that will only enhance in value as time goes by.
