FedEx Freight Shipping 

• Make sure your delivery address is correct when paying both with eBay and PayPal. We cannot change the delivery address once the item has been paid for.
• We do not ship outside the lower US 48 States. If you want to ship outside of this area, you must contact us before buying or your order will be canceled.
• You must provide a valid contact phone number when placing your order.  FedEx will need to contact you to make a delivery appointment.  The estimated delivery date on FedEx’s website is when your TV will arrive at your local terminal, NOT when it will be delivered.  You may call FEDEX FREIGHT 1 day after your order is picked up from us if you would like to make your delivery appointment ahead of time.
• eBay's deliver by date is just an estimate - we are not responsible for carrier delays in shipping - if you must have this by a certain date, contact us before buying.
• Customers who refuse or cancel delivery of their order will be charged ROUND TRIP SHIPPING COSTS of up to $750 unless REFUSED FOR DAMAGE is noted on the paperwork at the time of delivery.
• Customers who miss their delivery appointment will be charged a re-delivery fee of up to $300. You must call to change your delivery appointment before the day of delivery.
• If the outer box of the TV looks damaged, please check the ‘damage’ box on the BILL OF LADING that you sign and put ‘punctured box’.  The TV is probably fine, but you must note any damage upon receipt.
• Once you sign the carrier paperwork for the television, there are ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE CLAIMS unless you check ‘damage’ on the BILL OF LADING.
• FedEx Freight will cut the television off the pallet and HELP YOU take the TV off of the truck.  They will not go inside your home.  If you cannot help the driver, you must pay FedEx for a lift-gate.  If you insist, they go in your home, you must pay FedEx for the very expensive inside delivery.  We do not cover any extra FedEx charges.  FedEx will have you sign for these extra charges at the time of delivery if you request them.
• Delivery people will not help put the stand on or mount this TV on the wall. They will wait for 5 minutes while you inspect for damage.  You must inspect the TV before signing for an undamaged TV.

Returns

• 30-day return policy unless otherwise noted.
• You must obtain a RMA authorization before returning your purchase.  Please message us for a RMA.
• All merchandise must be new and unused and returned in original packaging.
• Open returns will be subject to fees based on eBay?s guidelines for sellers.
• If your item is damaged, do NOT ship it back to us. Instead we will send the carrier to pick it up and send a replacement or refund.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to package returns properly.
• Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
• Returns must include the original packaging with all the packing material, accessories and paperwork in the correct part of the box.
• Returns must be over-boxed. Do not ship returns in the retail box only.
• Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days.
• If we receive your return after 30 days from the date of authorization, it will be returned to sender without being refunded or replaced.
• If your item is defective, please contact us so we may troubleshoot the problem before setting up a return.
