Kustom-Moto specialise in the full restoration of the BMW Classic R Series carbs and components. The final coating is in Cerakote which is a thin film Ceramic coating. Cerakote offers exceptional durability and longevity. I use the H series two component.

We spray an almost limitless range of colours and combinations, making your components unique!

Reassembly & settings back to stock

I mirror polish brassware, replace seals & gaskets, take out casting imperfections, lubricate with high vacuum grease & replace springs. ALL components are either Cerakoted or are swapped out for stainless, this way your carbs will not corrode in the future. ALL screws are replaced with stainless, these can either be polished or Cerakoted - your choice!

Any parts I find to be broken or damaged will be discussed with you, with a view to them being  swapped out, it's crucial these are absolutely A1 when complete.
