Delivery (Standard Delivery):
- Selected STIHL, VIKING, MOUNTFIELD & HUSQVARNA products cannot be shipped out. They are collection only orders.
- Normally it will take about 3-10 working days for delivery.
- All our deliveries are either through 2nd class royal mail signed for; or private courier company.
Order Cancellation policy:
- An order can be cancelled before the dispatch or within 7 days of purchase, whichever is earlier
- A customer may also cancel an order, if he/she not happy with a delay of more than 10 working days to deliver the product
