These are the original Pair of MINI brake rotor set screws that hold or attach the brake rotor to the wheel bearing hub. They have a T50 torx head in the top to tighten or remove them. These are often rusty or frozen stuck in the hub when doing the brake rotor replacement and you will need to replace these to mount the new rotors.
Sold as a pair of 2 rotor screws as seen in the pictures.
