This beautiful and elegantly timeless dress would be perfect for your next formal occasion!
Made in a light weight and flowing chiffon, this dress is fitted through the bodice with gorgeous lace accents over the bodice and sleeves, with detailed pleating on the lower bodice to create a form-flattering shape all around, and soft cups sewn into the bust for gentle shaping and support. The waist is further accented with lace motifs all around. The 3/4 lace sleeves and upper bodice lace work is supported with sheer matching netting, and the mid-calf skirt is flared from the waist to a lovely full swing at the hem. Rounded neckline in the front, and a demure V-neck at the back. Fully lined through the bodice and skirt.
The color is a beautiful smoky lavender/heather shade that is hard to describe well - to me, it is slightly more purple that the photos look on my monitor so please be aware the shade may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
There is no size marked in this dress but it fits closely on my size 8 dress form. PLEASE NOTE: the sleeves at the armholes are quite narrow! I am a relatively slim build and was not able to slip them on easily - they fit but it was a tight fit and would not be comfortable to spend a lot of time in. There is an adequate 3/4" seam allowance in the sleeve to make them looser but it will take some experience to adjust them without damaging the netting.
