The style of the Imperial Brut NV is one that is lively and generous, it distinguishes itself by a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity that continually seduces and delights. The bouquet is vibrant and intense with citrus fruit and green apples at first, followed by fresh mineral nuances and white flowers with elegant blond notes of Brioche and fresh nuts to finish. Chef de Cave (head winemaker) Benoît Gouez is a master of the art of blending and year on year ensures Brut Impérial is a standard bearer for the distinctive Moët et Chandon character. The wine is a blend of the classic Champagne grapes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The fresh crisp palate reveals flavours of citrus and white fleshed fruits (apple, pear, white peach) alongside floral notes and elegant hints of brioche and fresh nuts. Serve in tall flutes, on its own or with canapés.
