Selected products marked “3-5 Day” Our 3-5 day delivery service operates from Monday – Saturday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm. Please note that your item will be delivered to your door.

We delivery throughout the UK. However, we charge an additional amount to delivery to post codes
where it’s difficult for the courier services to reach you. Fora a general guideline take a look at the postcodes below.

If you wish to return any unwanted goods to us, please notify us by email immediately. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods, please ensure the goods are in their original packaging. If goods are opened then a £50 handling charge will apply.
Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money. If upon assembling there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer a suitable replacement.
Please note:
- If wishing to return a rolled (vacuum packed) mattress, please contact us before doing this as there are specific requirements for the packaging. If these requirements are not followed, a refund will not be authorised.
- Please keep original packaging when returning any item.
