the factory locking parts consist of  3 items used in conjunction to lock the round bar adjustment thumb screws & prevent it from moving AND CHANGING THE DROP WEIGHT!!!

1. Allen wrench (many times lost or misplaced)

2. Allen set screw(sometimes not installed)

3. MOST IMPORTANT small white spacer

(rarely installed) that prevents the steel set screw from coming in contact with the softer aluminum round adjustment screw. This item is MANY TIMES lost, damaged or NEVER INSTALLED. SEE PICS...

one pic shows the white piece compressed and ready to crumble... When this happens the harder steel set screw PERMANENTLY damages the softer adjusting screw!
