SOUNDCRAFT - UI16 - Mixeur numérique
Soundcraft introduit un nouveau mixeur numérique, l'Ui16, qui fonctionne par le biais d'un routeur WiFi et est contrôlé avec des appareils et des ordinateurs portables.
C'est un format d'un rack qui dispose de plusieurs entrées et de plusieurs sorties.
Afin d'éviter les tables de mixage trop encombrantes, SOUNDCRAFT a opté pour une approche compacte. Le contrôle se fait entièrement par un ordinateur, une tablette ou un téléphone. Il est possible de connecter jusqu'à 10 appareils simultanément afin que chaque musicien puisse régler son propre son. Il arrive souvent que les petits mixeurs soient limités dans leur puissance de traitement. Ce n'est pas le cas pour la série l'Ui16 ! Chaque canal est équipé d'une égalisation paramétrique à 4 bandes, d’un compresseur,d’un de-esser et d’un noise gate. Trois bus d'effets sont également présents.
Modélisation d'ampli Digitech
Une option utile et exclusive sur une console de mixage ! Les deux premières entrées présentes sur l'Ui16 peuvent être utilisées comme entrée instrument. La technologie de modélisation Digitech peut être assignée à ces deux entrées afin de produire des sons pertinents pour votre guitare ou votre basse qu’elle soit électrique ou acoustique. De plus, vous n'avez pas besoin de boîte de direct grâce aux entrées combo jack/XLR.
L'Ui16 dispose de huits entrées jack/XLR et de quatre connecteurs XLR standards, dont quatre auxiliaires. Le mixage stéréo de ces derniers peut être transféré sur une clé USB.
Il dispose aussi d’une entrée RCA et est équipé d’un port USB dont l’intérêt est de lire le contenu multimédia de votre clé USB.

It features an integrated Wi-Fi router, allowing it to be controlled with either a tablet, smartphone or computer. It is cross compatible with iOS, Android, Mac, PC and Linux devices, and can be controlled by up to 10 devices at once.
The Ui16 features built-in HARMAN signal processing from dbx, Lexicon and DigiTech, including AFS2, DigiTech Amp Modelling, and a whole lot more. The remote-controlled mic gain is fully recallable and other features such as a 4-band parametric EQ, high-pass filter, compressor, de-esser and noise gate on input channels, can all be controlled by a device of your choice. All the remote-control capabilities very stable and as long as your device has Wi-Fi capability, you shouldn't run into any problems.
As well as these, the Ui16 features a 31-band graphic EQ, compressor and noise gate on all output channels. Three dedicated Lexicon FX busses; reverb, delay and chorus are all integrated into the device. The Ui16 controls include subgroups, view and mute groups among others. Show/snapshot recall-ability and channel recall safes keep everything safe to whatever device you're using, whilst a security lockout feature allows you to customise the amount of control access a single device has.
The Ui16 can be controlled not just by Wi-Fi, but over Ethernet as well for an even more stable connection, and can be controlled simultaneously by both via the independent network interfaces.
With a wealth of input options, compatibility between the Ui16 and your instruments shouldn't be an issue. The inputs include eight XLR combo inputs, four XLR inputs, stereo RCA line inputs and two channels of Hi- Z/instrument inputs. As well as these, a 2-channel USB media player and four balanced XLR Aux outputs allow you to play music from an external device. The USB audio playback is compatible with WAV, MP3 and AIFF file formats. Two 1/4" headphone jacks with independent volume controls give you real time monitoring of you mix, and balanced XLR and 1/4" main outputs give you the option to hook the Ui16 to a pair of monitors or PA speakers.
