We offer an Aladdin style kerosene lamp in brass with nickel accents which was once converted to electricity and in need of new sockets and wiring. There is a brass cap that unscrews which reads "MADE IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and a second knob which reads "PAT. MAY 27.1895". The brass lamp body features nickel colored applications of single flowers alternating with elongated grass leaves. At the neck is a band of overlapping lotus flowers.
As seen in the photographs the brass shows old patination to the finish, minor rubbing to the nickel finish and wear to the wooden lamp base. The wiring and light bulb sockets will need replacing.
The lamp weighs 6 pounds 5 ounces and measures 29" in height to the top of the brass pineapple finial, 14" to the top of the lamp, and 8 1/2" in width.
