Return Policy:
All items can be returned for any reason within 30 days.
We only ship to US addresses, therefore, we only allow returns from US addresses.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals or a restocking fee may be applied.
Network security products and other items that require registration or a license, need to be cleared from your account prior to being returned or your return may be delayed or denied.
Once a return label has been generated, please ship your item within seven days.
For items that are damaged in shipping we will need to file a UPS claim. We need at least six unique pictures of the damaged device, the packing materials, and the shipping box in order to file a UPS claim and process your refund.
For items lost in shipment, we will file a UPS claim on your behalf. UPS requires us to allow 10 days to complete their search/investigation. If the item(s) cannot be located, we will provide a full refund.

When customers return items to us and we cannot return them to the manufacturer, we liquidate them on eBay at a substantial discount to you. All our returns are tested for functionality, then graded on cosmetic condition, and finally factory reset where applicable.
All hardware items include any remaining manufacturer warranty. Hardware with licenses includes any remaining time on the license and are transferable unless otherwise stated.
We process all orders within one business day.
