This pan was in the worst shape I have ever seen, a life time of baked on crust. It took 3 or 4 treatments of Easy Off and hours in the E tank.
At the end of the day it came out very nicely. Sadly I discovered the crack near the handle and it has a slight wobble, a dime takes it out. So there you have it. On the up side this is a sweet vintage Wagner smooth and light. I am sure it will out preform most modern skillet even with the flaws.
Count on me to pack it right and get it on the next truck out of town
