Use and performance characteristics

This system is a new type of flow measurement and control instrument that adopts advanced single-chip microcomputer technology, DC24V±8V wide-range external power supply, and LCD dynamic display screen. Ultra-thin design, generous and beautiful. It has the obvious advantages of small size, light weight, intuitive and clear display reading and high reliability. It forms a flow control system with pulse output flow sensor and solenoid valve. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and small and medium-sized pure water machines. Quantitative (batch) management and control of the flow of gases and liquids in other industries.

The specific features are as follows:

1. Ultra-thin design, flexible installation: suitable for assembly of various models, easy to use;

2. Using a large white backlight LCD screen: beautiful and generous, making it truly digital;

3. Using an ultra-wide range of external power supply: making it more widely used and more able to connect with a variety of models;

4. Equipped with sensors and solenoid valves, it can realize the management control and display of gas and liquid flow and quantitative (batch) in various industries;

5. Temperature detection: It can detect and display the temperature of each liquid;

This system has multiple terminal interfaces such as "power supply", "flow meter signal", "solenoid valve control", "temperature probe", etc.

   There are six keys in this system: "Menu key", "Setting key", "+ key", "- key", "Start/Stop key", "Reset key"

a) Menu key: Press "Menu key" to switch query: quantitative set value real-time value, total flow value, K value flow measurement parameter and parameter confirmation. (The corresponding status display will appear);

b) Setting key: to set parameters;

c) + key: set the digital value +;

d) - key: set the digital value -;

e) Start/stop key: run and pause operations;

f) Clear key: clear operation;

Function and parameter setting description

A quantitative setting and real-time value;

Quantitative setting or real-time value is the default display interface of the system;

*Power on, the upper left corner of the LCD screen displays the temperature value of the outflowing liquid;

*The upper right corner shows the user setting value; the middle shows the real-time flow value

*And save the most recent operation value; the lower left corner displays the water flow status dynamically

*The lower right corner displays the corresponding current setting status (the current setting status can be displayed in Chinese or English)

Note: The backlight is always on when starting, and you cannot enter any settings. You can enter settings only when it is stopped. The backlight turns off when stopped.
