XUM1541 PC USB C TO COMMODORE DRIVE

This is a XUM1541 adapter, it will connect Commodore machines or drives to PC USB port. You can transfer program or games from floppy to PC and vice versa and also use your floppy with VICE emulator.

Firmware v0.7 installed, you only need to install libusb-win32 driver and OpenCMB in your PC.

New high quality injection molded black plastic box, not 3D printed, with label digitally printed directly on plastic. With activity led, USB C connector and cable with 6 pin male din connector to serial port on Commodore drive.

Hardware requirements:

·        A PC with USB port. Supported Windows systems: XP/VISTA/7/8/10

·        Commodore 1541, 1541-II, 1570, 1571 or 1581drive.

·        USB-C cable.

·        OpenCBM v0.4.99.104 (© by Spiro Trikaliotis, 2017-2022)

The adapter has been tested with  CBMXfer (a GUI for cbm4win/OpenCBM) in Windows 7. You can also use QTCBM, another GUI.

Important! Do not plug or unplug cables while your equipment is switched on.
