Precautions for use of pressure cooker:
1. Check the pressure limiting valve and float valve, check whether the high-pressure boiler can be screwed in place, and whether the gasket on the cover is yellow. Once it is found that there is a blockage, it shall be cleaned immediately. If it is found that the opening is not tight, it shall not be used temporarily. If it is not screwed tightly, it will leak air. Take it for maintenance or no longer use. The Yellow gasket shall be replaced.
2. Remember not to pack too much food, and leave a proper gap between the food and the edge of the pot. Before closing the cover, make sure that the air limit valve is not blocked, and tightly fasten the pressure cooker before firing.
3. Do not open the pressure cooker in a hurry. Take the lower limit pressure valve and open the cover after the pressure cooker cools down.
4. If the rice in the pot is hard, don't force it, soak it in water, and then use cloth or sponge and other soft brush articles to brush the pot, so as to protect the protective film on the inside of the pot, instead of steel wire ball brush. Once the protective film is brushed off, the rice will stick to the pot easily, and the service life of the pressure cooker will be reduced.
5. Air leakage, rust, deformation of high-pressure boiler, resulting in loose closing, and pressure limiting valve not ventilating. In case of the above situation, the pressure cooker can not be used.
