A two piece shopping bag skirt and top with a big brimmed hat  that will accommodates a hoop or petticoats.

Top is lined in poly cotton for comfort, skirt has a draw string. These were made for a "GO Green" convention and took first place. Just like a quilt. They took 3 days each to make... Bags from all over, even different countries, stores, bread, restaurants. 590-1 has blue trim and measures.. 48" across bust and waist up to 40" and 44" long...590-2 has white trim and measures..46" across bust, waist up 46", really, and 42" long...  590-3 has pink trim and measures..50" across bust, waist up 40 42" has drawstring and elastic and is 46" long..... If you step on it and it rips use tape to repair. These have no tape and have been checked for any rips... Made in house by Akron Design & Costume. Now $250.00 as we are retiring and closing.
