Hardback book in Very Good condition.  Book is bright, clean, tightly bound.  Looks brand new, BUT there are ink underlining and notes in the Introduction, however nowhere else in the book.  Cover is glossy, with minor wear at base of spine.  Dustjacket is glossy and shows no wear.  6 x 9 ½ inches, 388 pages.  [22205-2209]
