Rare Victorian silver tea caddy in novelty Georgian knife box form. I'm assuming it's a tea caddy as it has a beautifully gilded interior. Novelty shape Victorian silver is highly sought after in its own right but when combined with the strong silver tea caddy market this is a must have for a collector.  It is hallmarked for Chester 1900. It is in excellent condition with no dents, splits or damage of any kind. It measures approximately 8.5cms high by 6cms wide and weighs 145 grams.
