This delightful piece has been hand crafted in thick chunks of butterscotch and marbled green bakelite catalin. The stylishly ribbed body combines with sleek curves and bold angles to create a perfectly balanced yet wonderfully dynamic piece which perfectly embodies all of the elegance and energy of the Art Deco period.

This piece stands upon two rods of butterscotch bakelite which beautifully elevate the stylish form. An angular green bakelite knob to the top of the lid matches the stylishly curved ribbed body creating a wonderfully unifies design which is a delight to behold.


SIZE: This impressive piece stands approx 75mms tall measures to the top of the handle and 60mms tall excluding the handle. This piece measures 90mms in length and 75mms in width.

WEIGHT: This piece weights approx 240 grams.

CONDITION: This stunning trinket box is presented in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There were four squares of bakelite adhered to the underside of the lid to hold in in place however one of these squares is missing. The lid still fits beautifully in place. The bakelite has discoloured with oxidization over the years as is standard with authentically vintage examples from this period. The colours to the interior and base are noticeably more vibrant than the exterior and sides. This piece has been very well cared for and presents spectacularly.
