Labels   =   NM  (Near Mint)         ( Paper - seems to be no spindle marks/lines - 100% clean and in beautiful condition)                                                                  -

Cover    = strong Excellent         (non-flipback matt cover:solid with mostly smooth edges & sharp corners:no splits - just one blue sticker on back: see photos)  -  

 

Additional information: The cover is a normal 'matt & non flip-back' cover and it is in great condition for its age - there is only the normal light handling / shelf wear: the corners are mostly sharp and the edges/sides are smooth and are are solid (no splitting) - there is the normal 'very light' age discolouration on the back: this is always inevitable with non-laminated cardboard - but, this is minimal. There is one small round blue sticker on the back in the top corner (see photo), which I have not attempted to remove (I will leave that to the next owner). There is almost no corner wear and these four corners are close to being perfectly sharp.. There is no import hole or any other import cut. 

This is a very rare LP and becoming rarer by the day as sought after copies are becoming less available due to the collectors around the World buying these up for their own personal collections. - certainly an LP for the collector and for the future as the price is going to increase. This LP (Labels, Vinyl & Cover) is/are in wonderful condition and in incredible condition for its age  -  see photos

I believe this to be an early 1970s pressing of the extremely rare 1960 COLUMBIA SAX 2386.

Please understand that I sometimes have more than one copy due to upgrading - as collectors understand, trying to find a better copy is many times the search of a collector and I did this for many decades. But, my photos showing the vinyl LP on offer are always photos of the offered LP; so, what you see is exactly what you get.

About my record grading: 

All records  (vinyl, cover, box, inners, enclosed poster et al.)  are described as accurately as possible.

Normally, I only visually grade records. But, I always view them carefully.

Dust on the vinyl does not have any bearing on my grading as this is only superficial and can be easily removed by careful cleaning.

I have been listening to vinyl & collecting vinyl for many decades; I grade as accurately & realistically as possible

My advice is to professionally clean the vinyl before playing to remove dust and static thus obtaining the quality sound vinyl gives.
