I believe this a handmade toy / advertising piece.  It is a 18 wheeler / CAT Bulldozer.  The base is about 16.5" long x 6.25" wide.  It is well-made and has a sticker on the bottom from the person who made it. It is a nice collectible, very well made and looks like it took a good bit of time to make.  Would make a nice gift / display.  Same or next day shipping.  lgoSF
