Pet Sematary is in a PS4 case. Includes artwork from the 4K/Blu-ray combo release but it is NOT 4K. It's the regular Blu-ray version. The other 3 are the original Blu-ray cases/artwork. All discs in very good to great shape. Digital copies are NOT included for the ones that had them.
