Offered for auction is this wonderful original Inuit Artist drawing from Cape Dorset (Kinngait,) Canada, and originally sold by Dorset Fine Arts (see embossed logo at the lower right of the drawing.) Kinngait Canada has long been known as the "Capital of Unuit Art," and many of the great Inuit Artists hail from there. It was drawn in graphite and colored pencil and features an Inuit family and their dogs. It is signed at the bottom and has an a embossed "Dorset" stamp to the right. The drawing measures about 11" x 14" within the 20" x 26" paper. Dimensions of the frame are 23.5" x 29.5." Condition is excellent with no yellowing, no fading, no foxing, no staining, no spotting, no damage at all to the art. There is a minor scratch to the plexiglass. The frame is in good condition. A nice addition to any wall or collection, it is offered with NO RESERVE!
