For Sale is a Used Fuji Black Upright Alloy High Rise Quill Stem Overall length is 235mm. 80 mm long  extension with a 30 degree rise, 135 mm Quill Length measured max height line to center of bar, the quill is 25.4mm handlebar clamp, with a quill that is 25.4mm in diameter which fits 1 1/8 Inside diameter steerer tubes. 

 Take Off installed has some minor scuffs & scratches from being disassembled and moved around
