1. For orders under $15, we use a mailing envelope (without a tracking number) with an estimated delivery time of 5-15 days. If you prefer a tracking number, you can choose either the $4 shipping for 3-5 days or the $60 expedited shipping service for 2-3 days during the checkout process.

2. Orders exceeding $15 are dispatched via USPS Ground (3-5 days) and include a tracking number at no additional shipping fee.

This is a very vigorous and productive heirloom Chinese mustard green that is a non-heading type.
The medium green leaves are tender and have good flavor. The plant is tolerant of heat and may bolt in spring and cold weather. ~22,300 seeds per oz. Chinese Mustard Seeds - Small Gai Choi Suitable for salads, soups, stir-fries or pickles. Rich source of vitamins A, B6, C, riboflavin, and iron. Harvest florets as they are tender and delicious too. Growing Small Gai Choi Chinese Mustard Seeds Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in early/late spring or late summer/early fall in a sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Plant every 2 weeks for continuous harvest. The flavor is best when grown briskly so plant in fertile soil and keep well watered. Start harvesting at 3" tall for baby mustard greens. Thin to 10" apart for mature heads.
