Worldwide shipping is available. We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us with any queries before making a purchase or bid on an item. After payment is received we will usually ship within 1-2 working days. We shall update the tracking number in Etsy once the item has been sent.
Local duty taxes: there may be taxes payable on goods delivered from the UK to worldwide destinations - please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

Any orders damaged during delivery (UK or international): We make every effort to avoid goods being damaged by using protective filling for all our packages and strong boxes for our larger items. However, there may be rare occasions when despite this, goods are damaged during the delivery process. If you receive an item which has been damaged, please contact us immediately
If you need to return something please contact us through Etsy so that we can provide you with a return shipping address. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping charges
