"Trotting Horse" Wooden Hanging Heart Description

Each handcrafted wooden heart is approx (10cm x 10cm)

Decoupage hanging wooden door hearts are also covered on the back with contrasting designs so they hang well.and can be displayed anywhere in the home.

Natural jute twine is used for the hanging loop and finished with a pretty ribbon and shiny bead spacer.

All decoupage papers and fabrics are of the highest quality and make a lovely addition to any room..

My handmade love heart bunting and hanging hearts are not factory produced, everything is hand cut with love and hand crafted with patience and time, giving each item an individual stamp.

I have chosen a variety of unique and tasteful fabrics and papers to complement your lovely homes including Cath Kidston, Sophie Allport, Clarke & Clarke, Dunelm, Wrendale and Laura-Ashley.

I also do bulk orders for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, hen party's etc and welcome all custom orders.

If there is something specific you have in mind, please message me to discuss.

As I make most items myself I can vary colours and lengths of my bunting.

I can also customize many of my items on request such as, making matching hanging hearts and buntings, offering a choice of ribbons, sparkly bling buttons, wooden buttons or plain knotted twine as a trim.

Fabric hearts can also have ribbon hangers if you would prefer.

Please allow extra time for completion of personalized and larger orders

Country Hearts Fabric Choices

My handmade bunting and hearts are not factory produced, it is all hand cut with love and hand sewn with patience and time, giving each item an individual stamp.

All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with handmade items ie. Fabric Patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs.

Colors and pattern placements may vary slightly due to the nature of different rolls of fabric.

Please be aware that different monitors, mobile phones, ipads etc may display colors and item sizes slightly differently.

If you order more than one item in the same fabric I will do my best to match the fabric patterns.

Delivery

Dispatch times: Standard Postage throughout the UK will be with Royal Mail Economy service with an estimated delivery timescale of 2-5 days.

If you require your purchase faster please send me an email before purchase and I will adjust the listing to cover the cost of the faster delivery option you require.

As most of my items are made to order please allow time for me to make them, I aim to dispatch handmade orders within 2 working days if there is a delay to this process I will always let you know in advance.

I post Monday to Friday with the exclusion of Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Orders purchased after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day which is MONDAY (unless it is a Bank Holiday) when the next dispatch date will be a Tuesday.

The exception to this may occur with made to order/personalized items where postage time scales will be agreed with buyer at point of sale.

To help the environment where possible I use recycled packaging materials.

Delivery charge includes postage and packaging materials, I only charge for actual costs incurred.

Please remember Postage Delays incurred as a result of postage strikes, bad weather Or seasonal high volumes e.g. Christmas are out of my hands so please be patient.

I will try to keep you informed of the estimated postage times in these instances.

I am always happy to combine postage, please contact me before paying for your items so that I can adjust the invoice, or add your items to your basket and ‘request total from seller’.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are welcome, from UK customers only, and are subject to conditions on listing.

Change of heart: Buyer will pay return cost, and all items must be returned within 14 days from receipt, undamaged and in their original condition, full refund minus original postage costs will be given upon receipt of the returned item.

Damaged item: While I take utmost care to ensure high standards I also take pride in resolving problems rapidly, in the unfortunate and rare case that a problem may arise.

On receipt of your order please message me before opening a dispute with ebay via "contact Seller" and explain the problem.

In these instances the items are not considered to be faulty.

Return exclusions:Please be aware that bespoke products or personalised products are non-refundable.

This includes broken zips on cushion covers. I check all zips are in good working order before postage I cannot be held responsible for poor handling when inserting cushion inner.

I recommend that all items are returned on a signed for service, with proof of postage for your own safety, as I can't be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

All returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt of your original order.
