It is all used, but items that are being sold are of top quality with no scratches, chips, crackling, etc. See pictures. Items are ONLY in their original box if they are pictured as such, otherwise there is no box. Some of the shipping and packing costs could be refunded, depending on what is purchased and where it is shipped to.  For example, there might be a small shipping refund if you purchase dessert plates versus dinner plates or serving pieces, or your shipping address is closer rather then further away.
