The MB Acoustics MB-8400 - 8" Loudspeaker was designed for Natural Sound during high SPL levels. It has a 25oz magnet with a bumped back plate coupled to a 1.5" voice coil with high temperature Kapton to achieve higher power handling and protect the voice coil on high power peaks. It reproduces smooth and natural Midrange frequencies with proper crossover levels.
