Suzuki is proud of this product as it continues its pursuit of educational instruments and their tonal qualities.

We want you to use it all the time, and we want you to use it with peace of mind, which is why the Melodeon has so many ingenious features.

The mouthpiece is ideally shaped to allow the breath to pass straight through.

The stopper prevents over-nuzzling, and the rounded mouthpiece makes tangling and tremoloing easy.

The trumpet-style mouthpiece is designed so that the mouthpiece does not fit inside the mouth.

The trumpet-style mouthpiece is designed so that the mouth space can be used freely, making it easy to play tangibly.

The mouthpiece is angled toward the keyboard, making it easier to see the keyboard when playing standing up.

The internal reed, the lifeblood of a melodeon, is made of a special phosphor bronze material that is resistant to breakage and rust.

It maintains accurate pitch indefinitely and supports beautiful ensembles.

The Suzuki Melodeon was the first keyboard harmonica in Japan, and was born in 1961.

At that time, music classes in elementary schools were mainly held using organs and harmonicas.

The organ was ideal for keyboard learning, but there were not enough instruments available for all students to play.

On the other hand, teachers had difficulty teaching scales to students using harmonicas.

The Suzuki Melodeon was developed as a "personal keyboard instrument" based on the idea of a "brass band instrument that can be played on a tabletop.

The idea of the Melodeon has become the standard for the keyboard harmonica, including the bellows-type tabletop mouthpiece that is a standard feature of today's keyboard harmonicas, which originated with the Suzuki Melodeon.

The photo shows a collection of nostalgic melodeons from past generations.

Please try to find the melodeon you have played.
