Offered is a Vintage American Oil Company Road Map of Washington D. C. 

I do not find a date on the map

When unfolded it is 26 x 24 1/2 inches

Folded it is 9 x 4 1/8 inches

There are small tears at the creases and some small tears.  There are a few pencil notations on the back of the folded map.
