From the original TOUGH-1. Medium Weight Waterproof Turnout Rug - Waterproof & Breathable - This blanket has a hydrophobic membrane, that repels water droplets while permitting water vapor to pass. Rain and snow are repelled on the outside; perspiration evaporates from the inside. This desirable characteristic also provides excellent wind proofing.

The best fitting blanket we have found - the neck fits tighter, better and closer with less bulkiness than any other blanket on the market.

Designed without a back seam to prevent leakage.

MEASURING FOR BEST BLANKET FIT FOR YOUR HORSE


Sheet and Blanket sizes are determined by taking measurement of your horse from the center of chest to center of tail along one side. Using a tape measure, start at center of chest (A) and go around the widest part of shoulder, then continue to the back and around the widest part of hindquarter to the center of tail (B). Be sure to keep your measurement a straight horizontal line to the ground. Do not go up and down as this may vary a measurement. If your measurement falls between sizes available for an item, you would normally purchase a larger size not a smaller size. EXAMPLE: Measurement between A and B is 73", purchase a 75". Remember that a size difference will be in length (A to B) when trying to determine whether to upsize or downsize.

Shipping Details  

We try and offer "Free Shipping" on all the products we can, however please remember there is no such thing as "Free Shipping" we are paying for it for you.

We just can't offer "Free Shipping" any longer on items such as Saddles, saddle pads and winter blankets, simply because UPS and Fed Ex have adjusted their Dimensional Weight rates which affects shipments on saddles, saddle pads and winter blankets.  What that means is they are taking length x width x height and dividing by 166 to determine the weight of a package.  So we might have an item that weighs 7 pounds like a saddle pad but UPS and Fed Ex will charge dimensional weight rates which turns a saddle pad in a 31 pound package.  In addition they are charging shippers an additional handling fee, fuel surcharges and residential handling fees, these are cost that are not added to the buyers shipping costs.

Saddles are shipped in their own individual boxes so we can not do a combined shipping on more than one saddle, however we can ship other smaller items that can be put in the box with the saddle.

We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS for shipping Monday through Friday.

If the listing you are looking at does require a shipping cost, please understand all we can do is key in the weight and package dimensions and the cost of shipping is calculated for us.  We do not charge over and above that. 

Depending on the size of the item and shipping destination we use the service we feel is best for that item.
We try very hard to ship either same day or next day after payment has been received.
Some circumstances will take up to 3 business days. Monday through Friday.
If we have a problem with shipping your item out quickly we will contact you.
Problems do arise occasionally that create a delay in shipment.
Also all tracking details will be loaded on the ebay site attached to the transaction.
If you have special shipping requests, like UPS NDA, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, Postal Express, ship to a difference address, etc, just please contact us, we will do what we can to help!!! 


Shipping a Western Saddles Example:
Average box size is 28" x 20" x 18" .
Depending on the seat size of the Western Saddle the weight would be approximately 28 pounds.
Dimensional weight would be 28x20x18 divided by 166 = 60 pounds. UPS and Fed Ex change the charges for a 28 pound saddle to 60 pounds because of their dimensional weight rules.
We really notice the shipping rates are much more costly going to Western States.

Shipping a Western Saddle Pad Exampe:
Western Saddle Pads: Average package is 32" x 18" x 4".
Average weight is 6 or 7 pounds. Dimensional weight would be 32 x 18 x 4 divided by 166 = 31 pounds.
UPS and Fed Ex change the charges fro a 7 pound saddle pad to 31 pounds because of dimensional weight rules
Again we notice shipping to the west coast to more costly.







International Customers 

We appreciate our International Customers and are always happy to help you if we can!! We use the Ebay International Shipping  Program for all International Orders.

We as the seller have no control over the cost of shipping internationally.  Ebay collects and controls the international shipping monies collected from a Buyer.  We as the seller never have access to that.

With Ebay International shipping and a maximum box size allowed at 84" we can no longer ship saddles international. 

The Ebay International shipping program affords for quicker delivery and secure transactions for both buyer and seller. 

Please understand that we as sellers have no control over the time in transit it may take to arrive to your door. Once it leaves our possession we are both at the mercy of our postal systems USPS within the US and what ever provider delivers in your country along with foreign customs. We have experienced delays with international packages being delivered due to the packages being held up in those countries customs. We unfortunately have no control over that and we ask you as an International customer to please understand we as a seller have no control over that process in your country.

  • Returns & Exchanges 

  • You are welcome to return or exchange an item if after you receive it, and it is not going to work for you.
  • Return shipping will be the Buyers Responsibility.
  • Exchanges for difference colors or sizes or different items are welcome. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping of the item to us and shipping costs to send out the replacement item.
  • Returns for refund are also accepted. Refunds on returns will be for the Price of the item.
  • Items must be returned in new unused condition with all packaging and tags in place so that it can be restocked.
  • If items are returned to us in used condition where we can't restock them as new, then we can not accept them.
  • We try very hard to inspect all items before they ship, however we are just humans on this end and we do miss things from time to time.
  • In the rare case that you may have received a defective item, please contact us and allow us to take care of this for you.
  • We can either replace the item, help you exchange it for something else or do a refund, but the item must be returned and we must render the item as defective or not as described.
  • We try hard but we do make mistakes and are always willing to work with the buyer to correct any mistakes we have made.
  • Please contact us with any concerns you may have when you get your items, returns need to be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • And please allow us enough time to respond and help you with a return or exchange.
