#22-136, 1930s Polished Cotton Chintz Garden Party Dress: This would have been perfect to wear to Downton Abbey for afternoon tea. The 1930's dress is made of polished cotton chintz. There are some light underarm stains that would not be noticed when worn, and some scattered darker spots on the back part of the skirt that get lost in the fabric. The bust is 36:, waist is 30" and Skirt Front - 40" in length from the waist to the hem. The shoulders measure 13" across. The fabric is still very strong and sturdy. The dress is wearable.
